Hi,
thanks to all.
On the camouflage scheme, the only thing that deviates from WNW's suggestions of bleached linen for wings, blue-dyed or blue-tinted-dope lower wing surfaces (both in my case - tinted dope for cross panels) and unbleached CDL fuselage/yellow-beige metalwork, is the blue-tinted dope for the fuselage undersides. After seeing the Roland factory shot of two-toned CIIa fuselages I looked for this on the earlier C.II and can see, albeit faintly, a similar thing on several photos. The Schleich airframe is a somewhat modified/reconditioned version. Ray Rimell will be writing about these Roland schemes in a forthcoming Windsock I believe.
Cheers,
GrahamB
P.S. Will do a Pheon/WNW Albatros combination next (D.2140/Scheffer FEA 6) before tackling the Hannover.
