Very nice work!
I shall never forget my admiration for that German pilot, who single handed, fought seven of us for ten minutes. I saw him go into a fairly steep dive and so I continued to watch, and then saw the triplane hit the ground and disappear into a thousand fragments...James McCudden

 Antonio,
Outstanding update my old friend. These beautiful ladies are certainly coming along wonderfully . I very much looking forward to seeing what's next. By the way your drawings are a great way to understand the internal structures, much better than attempting to pick details from a cluttered photograph. Keep up the outstanding works.
Highest Regards,

Hallo everybody

after some days of vacations here are some small progresses:

I made the seat belts for the 3 planes, there were some very nice belts in the PE fret included in the blue box, they are the 2 on the left in this picture:

I made the other 2 couples using a wine lead capsule:

well it's not actually lead but a metallic material thet can be easily shaped.
This capsule was from Albano Carrisi, an Italian singer who lives in my region (Apulia) south of my town. He produces some very good wines and IMHO he should invest more in wine-making than in singing, mankind would benefit a lot from this change!!!
 ;D ;D ;D

The belts after some painting...

Then I provided some comfort for the butts of our three heroes making them from kids clay and painting in different shades.

I also made the framing for the sides of the three cockpits but no pics yet...

Ciao

Antonio

Antonio, this is great fun to watch your progress. Your "assembly line" approach is very fascinating. You've chosen a beautiful air craft to apply your skills to.

Super work on the seatbelts, Antonio!  The material from the
wine bottle worked very well.  I hope you didn't waste the
contents! ;) ;D  Good update, my friend.

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Thanks Ernie! the bottle contents were used to forget the songs... and they were effective...
THat's probably why that wine-maker continues singing!!!!
