Beautiful job! Thanks for sharing your work, Gary.  It make me want to do one in 1/48th scale.

   Have a great weekend, Kevin

That's hands up one of the best C.II's I've seen.
Well done!

All of your extra effort in painting the markings and detailing has certainly paid off! Beautifully built!

Those plain Jane color schemes are the hardest to make look real and you really nailed it. The Roland is not one of my favorite aircraft, but this is one of the best models of anything I have seen. Weathering on models is often described as over or under done. Your weathering Sir is Properly Done. Congratulations on finishing a truly first rate model. Take a break from the bench and tell your wife we all said you should go buy another kit...or two.

I can only repeat what is written above and what I already said: Truely magnificent.
You did everything right. And I am keen on seeing your DFW, like the Roland one of my favoured planes and I know you'll make another beauty.

The great thing about this forum is that the standard of models keeps being raised higher and higher.
This is the best and most realistic Roland I have seen.
The propeller also is in a class of it’s own.

Very well done Gary, cannot wait to see your DFW “Stripes” progress.

Best wishes,

Dave
