Lebed VII (Sopwith Tabloid)
I just finished my first model of the young year 2018, the oils are still fresh

The
Lebed VII is a russian copy of the Sopwith Tabloid and the model was done from a
Special Hobby kit in 1/48.
Further I used a rotary engine from Small Stuff, turnbuckles of
Gaspatch and
Eduard PE. Different wooden parts, e.g. air screw, cockpit, struts and undercarriage are made from scratch. Also some metal parts and the aluminium cover of the fuselage was added.
The painting I used colors of
Gunze,
Alclad and oils.
Due to the combination of real wood and metal this is one of the most beautiful models of my small collection!
