Can't find the add to cart button

Been looking at getting a couple of sets
48012 -  Albatros D.V/Va of Jasta 5 Vol. 1
48005 -  Jasta 40 under Degelow 
However I can't find the add to cart button.
In fact  all of the sets I've looked at hasn't got this
Is the site down?

There's no such button at Pheon's. Ordering is a bit "different": First, you have to add the postage/shipping fees to your shopping cart. Then, go to your cart. You'll be directed to paypal, to complete your order. - I hope, I got it all right. Just click around a bit on Pheon's website, and you'll get it.

Apologies for the website, I need to do more work on the 48th sets.
Please let me have a paypal address and your country of residence (for shipping cost) so I can send you an invoice for these 2 sets.

I've bought from Pheon before and I've always added items to cart and then done the shipping after. I can't add shipping to my cart as it keeps ending me back to where I started. YOUR CART IS EMPTY.
I have just found an ADD to CART button on a 1/72 set of decals, so they do exist just not on any of the items I'm looking at sadly.
Something is amiss methinks.
