Frank, that would be a treat, a laser cutter, unfortunately,
I don't have one, all parts are cut painstakingly by hand and hobby knife.
The only laser cut part here is the instrument panel, made bij HPH. The panel proofs to be 14% too small in size, so have to cut that one aswell..!!
Cheers..!! ( a lathe is next on my list though..!)

That is just incredible. To cut the wood to such accuracy with a knife takes real skill - my hat off to you sir!

On the left, the HPH laser cut instrument panel, to the right a 114% paper copy of the original ( which I will have to convert to wood ) and a downsized instrument face.

Great use of jigs there. Just the sort of thing that I would use. The model does not look bad either....!
