Hi Des,

Thanks for putting this up. :) I used to visit the Tank Museum quite a lot - my uncle was R.E.M.E. and based at Bovington for many years doing tank repairs and maintenance of the mobile targets on the Lulworth firing range. I also lived for about four years in the area (Wool-Lulworth-Wareham) when doing my PhD work about 5 miles from the place. Many a Tamiya tank kit was bought then too.

Cheers

Great photos.
Regards, Ken

It's not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren't doing it.

btw, the A7V is a replica or it is the real thing?
I am asking because in the third picture, you see the interior which is clearly without floor!
i am wondering if it is a normal feature of the tank or a shortcut when the replica was made...
ciao
