WNW contact help

Guys
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this request. I have been trying to contact WNW using the help@ email address on their website regarding a damaged sprue. Been trying for over a week and have not received any response. Has anyone experienced similar or isnt there another emails address I should be using.
Thanks
Keith

I have experienced the same issues inthe past, but they do eventually respond to your emails, just keep sending them. If after a bit of time you still don't have any luck try writing to this address

Hi Keith, the email Des provided will do the trick. I had an issue with a kit, Dave contacted me a couple of days later and about 10 or some days later had what I needed, NZ to US. Dave is a credit to WNW.

After following Des's advice I received a positive response. Replacement parts are winging their way towards the UK.
Thanks
