I take your point Bo, and I'm sure you're right, but I do think phones/ social media are the one different thing about this generation, and I can see aspects of what he's saying in my kids...

A brief historical (and multicultural) historical survey shows that you are correct. As a smart man once said, it doesn't matter what you think, what matters is how you think. Actual objectivity may be only a theoretical truth, but agenda based pleasing is certainly not unbiased, as witnessed by that video.
