Very nice work on the wings and fuselage, just shows what a great modeler can do with these older kits.

Hi all,

Back in France for good after more than 6 years on the other side of the world, I found this one quite damaged at my mother's, like a dozen others  :'( 

I stripped the wings (glued since the last post, but the masts have been crushed since...), I finally found them a bit too dark and lacking depth.
I'm hesitating to do the same with the fuselage, the wood being a bit dark anyway, and above all, the fuselage has cracked at the glue line....

Here are the photos of the Eduard model revival





























There's still work to be done. And I hope to FINALLY finish it this year!

That looks stunning! The see through effects on the CDL wings is superb, very nice work. It's great to see one of these kits built.
