Thank all of you for your kind comments!
I have been modelling for quite a while, my previous area of interest was 1/48th scale WW2 Luftwaffe. Just recently moved up to 1/32nd scale due to the eyes getting old.
Have a few more WNW kits in the stash, leaning towards the Dva Albatros for my next WNW build. Just not sure if it will be next or a more familiar 1/32 WW2 build.
Have been following this site for a while, glad to be able to post a build here. There is so much talent & useful information here.
Thanks again!
Larry

What an excellent result. The detail on the engine is fantastic but I really take my hat off to you on the result of the propeller. It looks so real.

Great work Larry!  Looking forward to your Albie too..

You can always add some images of your WW2 models in the "time to relax" section, I reckon!

Hey Larry, you've done a superb job on your model - really first class all round! Great scheme on that D.VII too!
Cheers,

I'd like to say this if this is your first WWI build, what will come next will be spectacular.  That's a very nice look for a first time build!

Excellent work!
As I am about to embark (hopefully soon) on the very same kit, I'd be curious as to what colour of green you used on the nose. (mine will be Von Greim's, though)

Thanks,
Jeroen

Jeroen,
Thank you!
I used Tamiya XF-61 for the dark green nose panels.

Thanks! I like the look of that colour :)

Hitting a little snag with my 1/72 Roden kits so I slowly started mine. Everything is huge now compared to those 1/72 kits ;)
