I'll add my best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery too.  I took care of my wife for her final year, so I know all too well the magnitude of the job.  I have a figurine of Rosie, the robot maid from The Jetsons cartoon, standing on my computer desk to remind me of what it was like  ;)

Thanks very much to all those who have left very comforting and kind words, they are very much appreciated not only by me but by Adrienne as well.

The latest report on Adrienne is all good, she saw her lung specialist last week and she no longer needs to be on oxygen, he also took her off some of her medication. Adrienne is walking every day to build up her strength and to increase her lung function. It has been a long haul since August but the next few weeks should see her back to where she was before she was taken to hospital. Adrienne and I adore each other and it was that devotion that gave us the strength to pull through this horrible time, we supported each other where needed and this has made us even closer.

It won't be much longer when I will be able to return to my model bench, as you can probably understand and appreciate all my time has been spent caring for my wife, her health and well being was and still is top priority.

2017 is going to be a very good year.

+1, I was "out to lunch" and missed the news of Adrienne's health issues; so glad to hear she's doing better.
