Reporting for Duty...
« on: April 19, 2012, 05:49:45 PM »
Just caught up with all the news and signed up. It's been an interesting few months for World War One enthusiasts!

I live in deepest Devon UK and have been modelling on and off (more off) for nearly 50 years. Retirement has arrived and now I have more time on my hands I've start up plastic kit modelling again. I'm rapidly becoming a WingNut Wings nut! I've just ordered my twelfth WNW kit.

Look forward to talking to you all as the months go by.

Hello PDH and welcome to the forum. I'm looking forward to seeing some of your work posted here, twelve Wingnut kits will certainly keep you busy in your retirement.

Thanks Des. I'll be happy when I've got two or three built! I'm going to start with a Hansa and then a Junkers J.1. No rigging!! Will follow that up with a Fokker D.VII if is released in time otherwise it will be an Albatros or a Pup.

No doubt I'll be asking lots of questions in due course!!
