Contrary to the appearances, this project is not dead! I simply waited with update until some colours were on. Besides, three weeks holidays did not help the progress. Anyway, back home and back to the modelling. Hurray!
After drilling all the holes for the rigging I could finally get to masking and airbrushing. Basic colours are on and shaded. Later, after decals, some wash will follow. The engine and its upper cowling are still not completed and are put in place only for these shots.

The upper side of the upper wing will get its colours, decals and shading only after the rigging is completed and the holes for it are filled and sanded flush.

I have also painted the undercarriage pieces minus the tyres

And finally, having read the info from the newest WD on BE2c, I realised that Robinson's a/c as a night fighter had to have position lights and Holt flares. A few basic bits from spare bins will have to suffice, with some paint to be added still

I was wondering where this one had got to…. Worth waiting for the update - the roundel shadows on the underwing look ver good - as do the extra details. First class modelling as always.

The wings with their shading look superb, Presmo.  The
BE.2 is really taking shape beautifully, my friend.

Cheers,
Ernie :)
