Squadron Hack
« on: August 12, 2012, 03:54:48 PM »
I was taken by Des' Packard Tourer and went off and bought a stack of the old Pyro kits which I intend to build up as various squadron vehicles.
 Here is my first effort - the Pyro 09 Cadillac. I don't know how many American vehicles made it to Europe but maybe this is one did and was commandeered to service a unit during the war.
 These aren't great kits but will make a nice addition to an aircraft diorama with some nice figures.
 Regards,
 Carpo

Nice work on the Cadillac Paul, it will certainly be a great addition to your dioramas. The old Pyro kits are pretty basic but with a bit of work they scrub up okay, I will be purchasing a few more as well. All we need now is for Wingnuts to release their range of figures to compliment the dioramas.

   Paul,
Nice Caddie my friend. Did you pick up a Model T as well. That one can easily be converted to a really great ambulance.I'm very much looking forward to seeing more of your automotive projects along with their dioramas.

Nicely weathered Caddie Paul - looking forward to seeing it with a bird soon (a stringbag that is ;))

Paul;

If you can get the Renault Town Car it will convert to a reasonable looking pick-up.

Cheers

Pete.

You turned a basic model into a sharp one. Nice!
