I got the wings rigged today, then added the tail feathers and skid....
Tomorrow should see this one off the bench. I just need to rig the tail, and add the prop, windscreen, and steps.

Beautiful rigging work! I honestly don't kmow how you get all of those wires connected to the posts in 1/32nd...let alone 1/72nd!

Thanks Rick! The undercarriage was drilled for the rigging, the king posts had a very small nick cut in the top with a razor saw and the bracing wires were then slotted into the nick, secured with CA, and trimmed when it was all dry.
This one is now in the cabinet.
More pics in the completed section. Thanks to all for watching!

Truly gorgeous, Ian! I really like the unusual and eye pleasing scheme.

Gorgeous little Eindecker, Ian! Even more so considering the scale. I really
like the different markings and colour. Superb job of the rigging. An excellent
build and I look forward to your next...any hints? Thanks for sharing this gem, my friend.
Cheers,
Ernie

Thanks Bud, Ernie!
My next project is to finish the others that I've got on the go: the RE8 first, then the 2 Fokkers, then I MUST get the Muromets back on the bench, I really need to get on with that one!

Very nice work. I like the scheme. It's very uncommon.
Thank you for showing.
