Some Berg D1's in 1/48 by Flashback

I picked these two up locally in a sale - quite cheap in local terms, a real bargain in Dollars! They have great decals and some PE (spoked wheels) and look generally nicely moulded - I think I'll enjoy them!

Regards,

Marc

These are pretty nice kits and I think you'll enjoy working on them.  The AustroDaimler engines are pretty basic, however.  I got a couple of the Karaya A/Ds and they are much better.  Of course they'll pretty much be covered up anyway .  The other difficulty would be getting hold of any Tarnstoff camo in decal form.  The only ones I've used were the Americals, sadly long out of production.  This airplane calls out for a WNW version, just my very humble opinion.

Yep! I completely agree with you, Oldalbie.
even if I saw some very beautiful builds with painted on exagone scheme that were eyepopping!
I'll closely follow your build, Monty!
