How are these used? It appears from drawing that cylinder end goes into part and rigging material is glued to flat piece. Has anyone used these?

Wrong way round!
Flat piece goes in the model. Rigging attached to other end, unbelievably.
Designed for proper wire rigging, like RB stuff.
Not very useful, very hard to fit into plastic & get the rigging attached.
