Rolls Royce Falcon III engine fitted to Bristol F2B
« on: December 27, 2015, 06:11:48 AM »
This is an original 275hp Rolls Royce Falcon III engine fitted to Bristol F2B D-8084 which is operated by The Vintage Aviator Ltd. It is based at Hood Aerodrome, Masterton, New Zealand. I have visitied the TVAL hangar many time and have never seen the Biff with its engine panels removed, so thanks to Brett McCusker for providing the photos. Some imaging editing, close ups etc by me. The Biff still flies from time to time. The engine bay is a very busy place!

Hello All,
Seems these photos are now being deliberately blurred.
Would anyone have copies ?
I am working on the WW F2b and these photos are great references.
Thanks  & rgds
