2 new 1:32 scale WW1 aircraft kits soon.

Jirka from HPH has sent me these images of what they have in the works. First up is the Austro Daimler engine to suit their Aviatik Berg D.1 in 1:32 scale, they also plan to produce this same engine in 1:18 scale.











The second kit they are working on is the Caproni CA.3 in 1:32 scale, this will be an awesome kit but it will require a lot of detail, I wish the guys good luck with this kit and if produced it should be a real eye opener.







It's great to see companies taking the plunge into 1:32 scale WW1 aircraft kits, they will not be cheap kits but they will certainly be unique.

Oh Nice...

Such promising things, something to  complement WNW's releases I'm sure.

They could market that Austro Daimler engine alone and make a lot of people who want to build an OEFAG DIII very happy.

Oooh, a Caproni CA.3! I'll be wanting one of those.

Being a 3D modeler, I really enjoy seeing the preliminary 3D work used to create the models. Thanks for sharing these, Des.

That is a great news!!! I have 2 2/18 WW2 engines from them and WWI engine in this scale will be brilliant piece next to another planes!!!

Yes Michael, both resin kits with some parts being made from glassfibre.

 Finally someone is soon be producing a 1/32 scale Aviatik Berg !!!! This is one of those kits I never thought I'd see. The Caproni CA.3 is another kit in 1/32 I never thought I'd see as well. Best of luck to HPH and continued success . Thanks Des for passing along this excellent news my old friend.

berg... yes please but the ca3 will be another one of those $250 or more , meter wingspan beasts. obviously some guys want these things but to me it seems so many fighters and such that need a kit. maybe the few that do will make their buisness venture worth the long hours and expense worth it.

The wingspan of the Caproni CA.3 in 1:32 scale will be 71.87cm, a big model but not overly huge.
