I would like the longer muffler (not sure what else) to make Andrew McKeever's aircraft. I did buy the earlier kit, but not interested in this one.

Wouldn't one think that the Ninak would be right behind it?

Personally, I hope not. I'm hoping for a nice surprise with the new releases, not the release of two very long promised kits that are basically slightly reworked past kits. As many have hoped, where's the B.E.2? Surprise us Wingnuts!!

Yeah, it's great how happy a WnW BE2 would make so many people...myself included. Hell, it maybe could out-sell their Camel.....maybe.             -M

the good thing about this kit is i would estimate the original brisfit kit to have not a whole lot left in stock. but minus decals you could make any f2b with this kit.

Just checked the parts and you're right, Scott.  You can build any F2b with this kit.  Except a Mk.IV.  It finally dawned on me that this kit is a Mk.II/III and the wing slats, extended tail skid and message hook were all characteristics of the Mk.IV, so it looks like they probably will do another boxing as there are parts on fret "I" that are "blued out", Mk.IV tail skid among them.
Cheers,
Bud

Nice looking kit but not for me either, I prefer the pre-war types.

Hmmm . . . that being the case, and especially as it has the extended exhausts, I may just pop for one of these myself.

Cheers,

You can have it good; You can have it fast; you can have it cheap. Pick any two, but all three are impossible.

Yep... and it will have 3 wings and a rotary engine and it will have twin machine guns and it will be sold by the thousands and I wish I had shares in WNW when it's released!

I'm doing a lot of wishing... now make my wishes come true, Sir Peter!

true. bud, i saw the rudder and both sets of cowls and jumped to conclusions but your correct it is mainly a mark ii/iii kit. you can build any but the mk iv or alternately engined .and of course can build the mr.1 version or the veneer covered version which i cant remember the name of atm
