Messieurs !
Indeed the beautiful museum is very dimly lit and no sunshine outside ; the extensive use of neon bulbs is not in favour of the colours.
I did not use a tripod on our first journey to England, but long exposure won't help - it is better to look for
an exposure around 1/90 sec and rework the pictures in Lightroom.
Since the museum is sometimes cramped with planes and there are barriers it is not always easy to get a good
shooting position.
Anyway it was very impressive to see the planes that you already knew from Airfix times in the 1970's.
Not always did I look for a total view of a plane but for details.
Of course I already had in mind to get some frames for the forum members.
I fully enjoyed our hour-long museum trip to Collindale /Hendon - a birthday present of my very patient wife .
viele grüße, Gunther
