Thanks Martin, as always I appreciate you following along!

PS: I have now sprayed the Tamiya Smoke on the Salmson to accentuate the rib tapes. I was a bit heavy handed in some areas and too light in others. I re sprayed the camo colors to even things out. I will post pictures as soon as Photobucket is finished with Maintenance!

Rags, your updated shading looks great!  :)
Wonderfully subtle.
To me you have captured the essence of the old saying, "less is more".
I am really enjoying following your dual build.
Excellsior!

Thanks guys and Gal! I always appreciate your comments! I am at the point where I must finish drilling holes in the Salmson. It is funny that sometimes I break 2 or 3 bits in one hole then I get a bit that does 30 without breaking. This happened on the Pfalz. So I am still using my GOOD bit and hopefully its Mojo will keep going.

Finally got the fuselage cross on. I used a cross decal from Eduard as a pattern( Matched the size of one of the fuselage cross markings in the WNW kit.) I then cut a mask using this decal as a template.. I sprayed decal paper silver then applied the mask and sprayed black. I then cut an outline around the black cross. After drying the decal was applied, then later, after the photo, the Eduard black cross was applied over the home made cross. This photo is before I added a black cross over what is shown in the picture.
