« on: August 26, 2015, 06:59:58 AM »
Hi, all
here is a Lindberg Curtiss JN 4 Jenny done by a fellow modeler, Silvano Bianco
he is not active on this forum, but I think that this model deserved a place here among other WW 1 masterpieces.

She's truly gorgeous, Ermieo.  He did an amazing job, especially with that very hard yellow Lindberg plastic.
Cheers,
Bud

I do not know this kit but in any event this is a wonderful model. You were correct to describe it as a masterpiece.

Thank you all
I know that this kit is a dog. I have a huge number of lindberg  jenny in my stash and one is awaiting completition from an eternity.
Simply it is very diffiult to make the llower wings stay in place and straight without curving upward

  Ermeio,
Outstanding Jenny my old friend. Silvano is one talented fellow. Please do invite him to join this merry band of modeler If possible. I know that this kit is a little crude and outdated but Silvano has turned a sows ear into a silk purse. Well Done to you both and thank you for sharing wonderful works with us.
Highest Regards,
Gregory Jouette

PS: When you do get around to taking on the Lindberg Jenny someday there is an excellent aftermarket detail set available from Lone Star Models.
