Hello everyone, here are pictures of my scratch-built 1/32 W-4. Used the Battle Axe Albatross D-3 fuselage and threw the of the kit away. Used the Harry Woodman technique to make the wings, then resin cast the struts with wire centers. This is a pre-Taurus engine, so there is a lot of gimmickery. For instance, the intake manifold nuts are model railroad brake shaft ratchets! Used some Eduard photo-etch, lots of Evergreen Styrene, brass, aluminum, and of course, Grandt Line model railroad parts. Thanks for looking.

You have done a superb job with this scratch build Pietro, the overall finish is excellent and the rigging is superb, extremely well done.
