I need one to replace that lump in the Lindberg kit.

Jessie, Engines & Things makes one, or at least they used to.  Here are a couple links.  May be worth a try.

Looks like Roll Models still has 'em.

Good luck.

I had a reply from someone on the old Aerodrome forum back in 2011 who said the E&T engine was even worse than the one in the kit :(

I was kind of hoping that one of our aftermarket companies had filled that void in the meantime.

Sorry, Jessie.  Nothin' else out there, unless Mike West has something.  I know he did some Jenny details and decals a while back.  Not sure what he has left.  You could try emailing him.  You could start here.

I've got all of mike's details, none of which are an engine. I may need to get out the Autocad and draw up an OX5 for some 3D printing fun...

Hi Jessie, if you are able to make one in autocad I would be willing to buy one from you!  And I have a bunch of photos that I took of the one at the New England Air Museum if you need some close up photos...

I'd be willing to buy one from you, too, Jessie.

Bud I bought an engines and things LeRhone a long time ago and it was unusable due to large number of air bubbles in the cylinder heads.  looked like a third grader cast them.  So even if they did do a Curtiss OX I would not waste the money trying to find it.

Yeah, Dave, I have that engine, too, but had forgotten how bad it is until this thread got me to pull my Jenny out of the stash and sort through all the after market stuff I bought for it, most of which is useless.  So, unless Jessie makes us an engine, I'll be scratching all the details and modifications.  Really itchin' to build a JN4.
Cheers,
Bud
