An absolutely amazing display of modeling in many scales
and the paper models are quite outstanding, George. :D
Your WnW project is gorgeous...excellent cockpit!  I look
forward to seeing more of your work, particularly the continuation
of OttO...a favourite scheme. :)

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Hi!

Weathering of the cockpit is really perfect!

Can you tell me the reference of the paint for the structure? I really like this color.

I thank you in advance for your answer!  ;)

Thanks Arnaud.

If you're revering to the fuselage framework, the color is Tamiya XF-76 Grey Green (IJN).

Thanks George,

Finally, for mine I just used the RLM-02 color, quite similar

Cheers!

Thanks guys!

I have this build on hold for a bit because I wanted to participate in the current Group Build. As always, I start too many projects and don't finish enough. But I'm determined to finish this current crop of kits.

Otto is shaping up to be a show stopper, for sure, but your paper work is mind boggling to say the least.  So glad you've chosen to join our crew.
Cheers,
Bud

Yeah, I'm starting to appear a bit flaky... :-[  But, I stopped these builds so I can join the current GB. I'll get back to the Fokker D.VII when the GB is finished.

But I have to admit, that my Pup is now on hold too for a bit (waiting for PE parts) so I started yet another kit. :o I'm building the WnW DH.2 so I have a place to show my Taurus Gnome. (Remember the engine I built that didn't fit into my version of the Pup?) I also wanted to experiment with Aviattic's linen decals on the DH.2 and play around with shading and weathering techniques before I got to that stage on the Pup build since my Pup's wings are a bit more complex.

I'll start another thread soon to show my progress on the DH.2

Thanks for showing an interest, Michael! :D
