Thanks Bud,Petrov,Warren and Michael.Squiffy,for the ground crew I had sculpted 3 different guys,then cut of their arms and heads and casted the bodies in resin.when still a little bit soft you can bend them to get different stances,using other heads and arms does the rest.The standing officers and pilots are my own sculpts and conversions of Preiser,Hät and other manufacturers.
