I just received my copy. Very impressive large format book with 409 high quality photographs with captions spread over 264 pages. All text in English. This book has a retail price of $40 USD but I purchased my copy at a discount through Ebay.
Great photos of early aviation including balloons, man carrying kites, blimps, and many types of aircraft. Front three quarter and rear three quarter views of the strange 1912 Gakkel IX. If I could find dimensioned three view drawings of that airplane, I would be tempted to scratchbuild a scale model.
