LVG C.VI - Ardpol - 1/72
« on: December 06, 2014, 01:56:16 AM »
Hi everyone,

Here are the finished pictures. The joined 1/72 Aviattik 5 Color Faded decals are superb. I went a little heavy on the pre-shading of the bottom of the top wing and too light on the bottom of the bottom wing so hopefully I'll get it right on the next one.

Thanks for checking in,

Mark

That is a beautifully finished model - it looks 1/32 scale not God's Own!

Mark,
Beautifully built, rigged painted and decaled! If not for the last photo of you holding the Model I would have no trouble believing it was a LARGER scale! Well done my Friend!!

What a lovely looking model, you have done a superb job with the building and finishing of this kit, the overall finish is excellent, very hard to realise that it is only 1:72 scale, very well done Mark.

Very, very fine little LVG! Losenge is just right, so is the wood. Great to see those tiny scalers coming. Thanks for sharing.

As Rick has said, very impressive and a pleasure to see. The paint and decal work are exceptional, especially for the small scale.
Cheers,
Lance

Thanks Lance, the Aviattic joined bolt lozenge made the decalling so much faster (and no seam lines between bolts).
