I agree with my amigo, Drew!  Brilliant post shading.

Shading looks great, Drew.  I often have trouble spraying Tamiya Smoke because I can't see it until its too late, and I wind up overdoing it.  You certainly don't seem to suffer from that affliction.

Thanks, Chris.  I have my share of glitches.  So I managed to drop this and knock the left wing off.  It took quite a bit of surgery to repair it.  I used epoxy this time instead of CA.  Anyway, back on track now.  The guns are installed. The Karaya engine is taller than the Eduard original, so I had to raise the guns a bit.  Still have to add to the ammo feeds to bring them up.  I also tried to make the rigging diagram that's visible in the one photo of this machine.  My printer doesn't have such fine resolution, but I think it came out OK.  I downsized a diagram from a Bristol F2B, but it will be so small you won't notice!  I printed a bunch on a sheet of decal paper and am waiting for the ink to dry.

Beautiful work on the post shading, Drew.  Not my strong
suit at all.  Do you spray between each rib or use an overall
approach, heavier or lighter as you go?  Whatever you do,
it's magic, my firend! :D

Cheers,
Ernie :)

Thanks all!  Much appreciated.

Ernie, I mask the ribs and spray diluted Tamiya smoke over each rib.  Occasionally I overspray into the area between the ribs, which I did in a few places on these lower wings.  When that happens I go back with the original color and spray between the ribs.

Continuing to try my patience, this build keeps fighting me.  Snapped off the other lower wing and tried too many times to create a decent decal of the rigging chart.  It's blurry but I gave up.  Here's the upper wing test fitted.
