Thanksgiving
« on: November 28, 2014, 12:57:24 AM »
Holiday greets, folks. I'd have to say that I'm thankful to be alive and still have a fighting chance in this world. The last two years or so have not been kind, but I'm still in there swinging.

Keith, may I wish you and all American friends on the forum thanksgiving greetings. I also hope that the year ahead goes better for you than the recent past.

Kevin, keep swinging and have a great holiday. Is that a photo of the actual spread on your table :)?

I got two spend a few hours with my whole family before getting called in to work. We had 15 people , my parents, brother, sisters an all the kids. We enjoy this day more than Christmas.

Hang in there Kevin! I can relate, having recently had "a significant change in medical profile" as well, but hey, as you so appropriately put it, were both still here! All the Very Best Wishes for the Thanksgiving Weekend and "keep your eye on the ball"! ;)
Cheers,
Lance

Kevin,
I'm having daily radiation treatments so I can relate. Modeling is one of the good things, reducing my stress, providing hours of relaxation and enjoyment, and keeping me involved in this forum and outstanding community of WWI modelers. So, every day is like Thanksgiving.
