Thank you to Rick, Ondra, LM, Andrew and Will for your very kind and generous comments.

Sorry to bore you with more photos of the curtiss V8 engine but I am now classing this engine as finished. I added the carburettor to the rear of the engine, the exhaust pipes the ignition leads and the cable manifold tubes. I can now continue work on the main aircraft construction.

As a comparison, I have put the Curtiss V8 engine beside the Wingnuts Beardmore engine that I had built earlier, makes quite a good size comparison between a straight 6 and a V8





And of course I have included the obligatory engine in palm of hand shot.
