Absolutely marvelous, Des!  I love this scheme and your execution of it is brilliant.  I love the lines of the DFW.  Such an elegant ship.
Cheers,
Bud

Des,

Now that I've read your further writing about this kit and the ease of construction, I'm wondering if this would be a good candidate for a first twin bay, two place aircraft? I am planning on building the WnW's kits in order of increasing difficulty, so, still have a ways to go up from the Pup. But, you speak so highly of the ease of fit and lack of problems I wonder if this might indeed be put on the list after a few more builds are completed. And good news is, I already have one!

Wow....I'm sure glad Bud talked me into joining up here.

Cheers, y'all,
Michael

As always Des, you've done a beautiful job with your DFW, and it will compliment your other model aircraft quite well. With no tolerance issues, I'm tempted to give it a whirl myself at some point.

Cheers,

Chris
You can have it good; You can have it fast; you can have it cheap. Pick any two, but all three are impossible.

Superb, Des -

I especially like how you painted the wings and rib shading.

Building a model as fast as me now as well ................ ;)

Great bird. I love it. The paintjob is very well executed, attractive and very interesting.
A model thrives on its overall impression and not on that every little disagreement over the original is hyped up as a disaster
