Thanks Bud - I should say I was only following the example given by the box top art.

That is a beautifully presented model - the figures really set it off, and the lozenge - well! I do remember the film from decades ago - not being a film buff I have not seen it for a long time, but I do think that your brother ought to be right chuffed about it. I certainly would if it were given to me!

Nicely done, Mark!  I like how you posed Bruno's figure so he's staring right at the ladies boobs.  Brilliant!
Cheers,
Bud

I agree with Bud:  Great looking model and my gosh, she is making a display of her assets, how could the poor guy not notice!

Best

As for the bottle the Stachel figure is carrying, well the greeny silver and smoke treatment didn't really work. Too bad. Crafting a bottle out of clear sprue and using a mix of clear acrylics would be the way to go. Oh and it needs a label, doesn't it.

Wouldn't have minded a James Mason figure, glowering in the background!

Nice build Mark-have you tried Archer Dry transfers - they have a set of various wine labels as rub down transfers which work really well.

I also have a set of after market wine bottles and crates for use with AFV projects see here:

Thanks for those tips Dave, too late for this one but duly noted for future use.
Those bottles look especially handy.
