OK I know this is predominantly a static model forum but as there are a couple of builds of "U10" going on I am taking the liberty of showing a picture of my Flair Fokker DVII just after landing following the first flight for 7 years. It first flew in 1996 finished in a Jasta 18 scheme of Gunther von Buren and was retired to the loft in 2007. Top wings and fuslage recovered and now finished as Jasta 65 "U10". Wieghs 8 and 3/4 pounds, powered by OS70 four stroke and is a superb flyer. Lozenges sprayed on using a frisk film mask but I need to put some tapes on. As a point of interest the U10 on the top wing just merges into a white block at a distance, I wonder if that was the same on the original?
