I Don't Like Summer Colds! :P

As Week 2 of the Summer Cold From Hell ends, I've come to the conclusion that Colds Belong To Winter!

I've got an idea!  If enough people agree with me, then perhaps a Treaty could be made with our Good Friends Down Under. 
We could sent our mates our Summer Colds when they are in their Winter Season!   
Of course we would reciprocate.

What do you think?

I guess that's why I toughed it out for a week before taking anti-biotics. I thought it would pass.
Into week 3 with a cough that could knock my fillings out!

I went three years that I ate raw garlic with most every dinner meal. Never got sick during those three years, but I was tired of people complaining about the garlic smell at work, so I stopped. That place, the flu would start at one end of the shop and work it's way to my end until everybody was sick. People came to work sick, because they could not afford a "short paycheck". That and "Misery Loves Company!" or so I've been told.

Sorry to hear of your summer misery Jay, but you can keep it where it is, I have just got over our winter flu (took two weeks) but my wife is still struggling with a nasty chest cough, so, it doesn't matter where we live it is a virus we can't escape.

Good point! I had forgotten that last Thanksgiving Holiday when our house was full of visitors and everyone came down with a 48 hour flu bug. Not all at once, but staggered. Good thing that!
My Son spent part of the first night on the toilet with a bucket cradled in his arms. I felt sorry for him. I was the only one that did not get sick that time around. Guess I dodged the bullet on that one. So now I am paying the price. I'm the only one with this current flavor of the season.

I did catch a nasty 48 hour bug a couple of months ago. I remember that Saturday laying in the fetal position and finding no relief as I lay there thinking that I was dying I was horrified of the mess that I was leaving my Wife and our Son to deal with. That's a real eye opener that I really must deal with.

Just started WEEK IV of the Summer Cold From HELL!

Laid off of the anti-biotix for awhile. Wish I had some amoxycillin to try out after the run of Ampicillin. I'll just hang in there and see what happens.
