Master Box is doing WW1 figures!

Here is a new set of WW1 figures from Master Box.  Not the usual "in action" type of guys but look to be very well done, and a perfect match to the photo displayed on their website.

Thanks for alerting this to this set, Dave. It's funny, I've often looked at the source photo and thought what a great diorama that would make. I hope it does well enough to encourage Master Box to venture more into this era.

Best wishes
Nigel

True Nigel, I myself wasn't sure if I like it or not, since it is not an easy set of figures to use for other scenes since they are not in fighting or action poses but as a standalone vignette to match the original photo it looks great.  This also surprises me as MB is known for figure sets in action, their WW2 sets feature hand to hand combat and bayonet charges so I'm sure more sets will be coming in the next couple of years.

Dunno but the single German could be background in any number of scenario's and those two carrying the wounded could surely be modded to manhandling an aircraft tail or something dependant on how much modding was required. Theyre a start and a nice one to more WW1 figures coming our way
