Greetings from the Motor City
« on: April 19, 2014, 09:29:29 AM »
Hello all, my name is Jason. I am just getting into WWI airplane modelling after forays into cars, fantasy and science fiction figures, and of course tanks and armored fighting vehicles. Currently I am working on a Rosen Nieuport 24, a Spad VII c, and I am anxiously awaiting an SE 5a from New Zealand... I anxiously look forward to learning from you all!

Welcome Jason, you've found the right place to start your journey into WWI Aircraft. Be sure to post some photos of your N24, Spad, and Se5a.
Cheers,

Welcome Jason! I am looking forward to seeing your builds! By the way there are some very good builds of the SPAD, Des, and also the Nieuport kit from Roden here in the Under Construction Topics.

Internet research on the Spad.led me here. Oddly enough the same search led me to the Eduard PE set for the Spad as well, which I ordered today when I picked up both kits. I am sure I will be burning up the hints and tips when I get started on that one.
