Glad to be Here!
« on: April 18, 2012, 05:11:48 AM »
Hello, Everyone,

I'm very happy to join Des' new forum, and to be able to welcome old friends and meet new ones! I look forward to discussing all aspects of the hobby, to help where I can and to learn from any and all. With the focus on WW1 modelling, I am confident that this will be a key forum in moving this important aspect of the hobby forward. Best Regards to All!  :D
Cheers!
Gary

Hi, Des, Gregory and TA,

We're picking up right where we left off. TA, happy to meet you! Looks like I'd better dust off that WNW SE sooner than expected!  ;D
Cheers!

I'm patiently waiting for you to get started on that WnW S.E.5a Trackpad. I have Rowan's excellent set of Canadian content decals for my kit too, so I'm just waiting for you to show me the way.  ;D

Good to see you involved here.

Cheers,

Chris
You can have it good; You can have it fast; you can have it cheap. Pick any two, but all three are impossible.

Hi, Chris,

Super to have you join this motley mob of modellers! Show you the way? Easily done! First, follow these three easy steps, and I'll get back to you...

1. Sit down at modelling table with kit
2. Open kit
3. Fight off panic attacks!  ;D   :D

I've got two projects on the go right now, but I might just cave in to "kit pressure" and give the SE a bit of a start earlier than planned. So much for iron self-discipline and rigid focus!!  ;D
Cheers!
