Hello Adam:

Congratulations on an Outstanding Eindecker and being invited to have your model on display for the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of the Great war in the museum at Warsaw.  Quite an honor to be sure.

Best

Beautiful models, Adam.  Truly inspiring, and congratulations on their selection for the museum display! May I ask what paint or paint mixture you used for your grey-green on the landing gear and in the cockpit? That is a very convincing color, especially since it doesn't appear to match any of the usual colors from years later that we often see quoted as equivalents.

My dear friends I'M very glad that you like my Fokker.

Vickers, for painting tubes of cockpit and landing gear I used paint suggested by WNW , Tamiya XF76.

Adam.

Thanks for information, Adam.  As many times as I've seen it on their A6M2 and mapped over to FAA subjects, I would not have guessed XF-76! It looks really great.
