HP 0/400 Bomber
« on: January 15, 2014, 05:43:14 AM »
Here is my Airfix 1/72 bomber. I was insane enough for it to be one of my first builds,so it's got warts.
It dwarfs 's the camel escort.

Nothing like jumping in the deep end! ;) ;D  She looks really nice from what
I can see so the "warts" must be minor.  Nicely done, Modelnut.

Cheers,
Ernie :)

I think it's bigger than most 1/48 medium bombers!

Hello MN:

Great job on that beast!  It is nice to see one built and the Camel besides it really gives it a sense of scale and "hugeness".

Best

Nice job!
I haven't seen many of those built so it's nice to see what I'll be in for when I get around to mine!

That is truly gorgeous, Stan!  And what a beast!  I wish there was a 1/48 scale kit of this beauty, although I have no idea where I would display her when finished.
Cheers,
Bud

The model looks amazing.
So, may I ask you to do it more justice and take more photos, with some close-ups included. I would also suggest a more disperse lighting, sunshine leaves so many shadows. Also the background in the form of a mono-colour paper is better, even than that fine natural scenery. And finally, the photos might be much bigger - 480-640 format is too tiny.
