There are some amazing paint jobs on these little Fokkers.

Here are my pair, in 1/72 scale and built from Eduard kits. First is in the colours of Lothar Von Richtofen and the second in the colours of Hans Korner.

Dragon 1/48th Tripe. One of the first models I built coming back to the hobby after a 30 year layoff.
10 years old and now lives in Russia.

Streaking: oils over a matte buff surface.
All good fun.

Delightful Bob.

A Dragon DR.1 marked my return too, but it failed to survive the journey when we moved to France. The container being marked "very fragile" and set aside for special consideration failed to dissuade the removal company from using it as a secure base for several boxes of my wretched work books. A perfect metaphor for the in-balance in my life!

Best wishes
Nigel

Candice,
Both are outstanding conversion work! I especially like the inline engine version!

I thought I'd throw mine in here too; 1:32 Roden kit. My first, and certainly not my last.

And another; this time the 1:72 Revell kit, done up in completely fictitious markings.

Just discovered this thread!  Here's mine, built a few years ago.  Yet another DML 1/48 Dr.1 and my first serious WWI model.

Wood prop from Copper State Models.  I think the Spandaus were aftermarket - possibly Tom's Model Works - but I don't remember for sure.  Decals by Eagle Strike.

Cheers,
Eric
