Christmas gift

Not an airplane model but it is aviation related and I'm pretty proud of how this project turned out.
I gave my son his Christmas present a few days early. A $30 used jacket on e-bay and a couple of repro patches and he has his own A-2 jacket with the markings from his great-grandpa's bomb group. Here he is standing next to my grand dad's original. We got him a set of gunner wings when I took him to see the Collings foundation B-24J last September.
Cheers!

Nicely done Poz. You've instilled respect for the past and Family in a brand new generation. Your Son will learn from this and your Grandfather will be long remembered. You should be proud; it's a class act!
Cheers,
Lance

Awesome gift, Dad! He'll remember this the rest of his life.

The look of that little man says it all. This must be the happiest kid in the world.
Kind regards
