Knut Erik Hagen has taken some excellent photos of the DH9 F.1258 in MuseƩ de l`Air in Paris which are at the WWI-Models website here

"This aircraft was built by Waring and Gillow Ltd. of London in 1918 and is considered the most authentic example of the type"
I have hotlinked to some of them below:
Wouldn't this museum aircraft make an interesting subject to model, severe aging effects and all.

Not sure if the Pumas were painted like this in WWI but this photos has some interesting details
