Fokker Dr.I Eduard 1:72
« on: November 17, 2013, 07:43:12 AM »
Hey guys, Im new here so this is my first post in this lovely forum :D. So this was a really fun build from Eduard. Interior has been sratchbuilt. I decided for this version( Rudolf Klimke, jasta 27 1918) because I really like anchors. The decals are by BLUE RIDER. Everything was painted with water-based GUNZE colours. Cheers from Slovenia ;) and here's the result:

This is a way to introduce oneself! Welcome to this forum. And congratulations - your Dr.I is a very fine example of 72nd scale build. Very fine all around. Great to meet yet one more Braille scaler!

Welcome Barleta and what a wonderful way to introduce yourself to the forum. Your model is excellent, the scheme you used is very eye catching, you have created a great model in such a small scale, well done.

Well, Nigel. You must have mistakenly given me the credit for this fine build. It is our new friend's one, not mine.

Very nice build. I made one of these a little while back, enjoyed it that much I've just got two more. :)

Welcome to the forum.

Hi Barleta,

Welcome to this great forum with a very nice build. I respect the 1/72 scale modelers very much. I couldn't do it.

Kind regards
Patrick
