Finished with a couple of exceptions. For instance I forgot to paint the Tailskid  and there is silvering on the Tail stencils.

Thanks Jacek! In My Opinion the Nieuport 28 ranks with the Albatros DV/Va as one of the most beautiful looking designs of the Great War! My next project will be a WNW Fokker DVIIF, Erich Lowenhardt, Jasta 10.

Rob, thank you for your comments! As for the "Grubby" wheels, I tried something an old friend used to do on his Armor Models. I mixed some real dirt in with a carrier and spread the muddy mix on with a brush. Still need to perfect the technique!
