True words, Des.  We all have to make the most of life and everything we love.

Cheers,

I had my heart attack 9 years ago at the age of 44. They never found at what caused it. I had to lay in hospital for two weeks waiting for the stent to be fitted. Had no problems since.

Always nice to hear of people getting over the heart problems, having done it myself I'm going off to have a fuzzy moment.

Odd thing, while I was in hospital I mapped out what my next five models were going to be and stuck to it! Now I never have any idea what I'm going to build next. ;D

Regards, Ken

Dear Des, I'm glad to read that your heart condition is very good and that we will see all those magnificent new build plains in the future. My father died of a heart attack in 1979. In half an hour he was gone. No surgery for him. I am now at the same age as when he died and that makes me think.
I hope that we will be on the forum for at least another 20 years!
