some questions about Nieuport 24

starting to buid a Nieuport 24 bis from 1/32 Roden model, my first WWI airplane building, i have some questions:

the pilot seat was in wood or metal? (i saw differents parts, black, wooden paint, etc.)
the kit doesn't provide fly instruments, is the plane had any dashboard?
how to build cable-strainer in 1/32 scale?

do you know WWI aircraft french decals manufacturer? (i want change the profil)

I do not know what the Roden includes, Sir, but Tom's Modelworks makes some very nice photo-etch pieces for Nieuport interiors. I use them in 1/72 fairly often, but they come in 1/32 as well:
