Ps..

There're actually 8 figures in the range (well, 7 plus a dog) if you go to the shop selling them in the link you can see them - really nice..

Hi Guy,

These Modelkasten figures are really neat. Mostly they are little mini resin kits and sharp in every way. Rumour has it that injected plastic versions are under development... ;)

Cheers,

Hi again Ray,

Yes, my two figures arrived last week, and they're very impressive! They don't look much in the bag, but under the magnifying glass - the details really ping out at you.

If I can't get these looking good, I might as well throw the towel in with figures!

Where do you get your in-cockpit figures? They look great..

Hello Guy,

The pilot figure used in the first Fokker model was hand carved and painted by Doug Craner. Very nice work indeed! Previously I had used prototype WNW figures for cockpit images and scenes but they don't appear in the new Special as they are not yet available and production versions may well differ.

Cheers,

Ray R.

Looks like the cast of a certain 1965 film....

Will we see Willi Von Klugermann in 1/32 next perhaps?

Thanks Des,

Yes, I like the Albatros figures.. If I make a decent effort at the ones I've got - they'll be next up..
